Josh Broussard

Josh has steadily advanced through a variety of project leadership roles since joining Mortenson, building a comprehensive understanding of both preconstruction and field operations. His diverse background allows him to effectively guide projects from early planning and design through construction and turnover, ensuring successful outcomes for customers, design teams, and trade partners alike.

With degrees in Architectural Studies and Design, Josh brings a unique perspective that bridges early project vision and construction execution. His appreciation for thoughtful design, combined with deep technical knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), enables him to identify opportunities to improve coordination, control costs, enhance quality, and reduce risk throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Project Manager, Josh serves as a primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders throughout construction. He oversees day-to-day project execution, including scheduling, project controls, financial management, subcontractor coordination, progress monitoring, change management, and site communications. Known for his proactive communication style and collaborative approach, Josh works closely with owners, consultants, and trade partners to maintain alignment, address challenges early, and keep projects moving forward safely and efficiently.

Josh’s experience managing intricate interior finishes, complex building systems, operationally sensitive environments, and accelerated schedules has strengthened his ability to deliver high-quality results while protecting budget and schedule commitments.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and sharing his love of sports with his children. He is actively involved in youth athletics, coaching teams with the same leadership, teamwork, and dedication that define his professional approach.
