Looking ahead, the biggest opportunity for our industry is automation, using technology to transform design and construction.

At Mortenson, our depth, vertical integration, and talented people give us limitless capabilities across construction, renewables, and development. I’m excited by our growth in large projects and our unique ability to deliver them successfully. Our investments in vertical integration have improved outcomes for our customers by helping us better understand and support their businesses. The biggest challenge ahead is addressing an aging workforce and bringing in the next generation of builders.

PERSONAL PASSIONS
One cause close to my heart is supporting underrepresented individuals in finding careers that can transform their families and communities.
I have really enjoyed volunteering by coaching my kids’ soccer teams; it has been a rewarding experience.
What I would love to see most in the world is everyone reaching their full potential through meaningful careers. Above all, I am proud of raising a couple of great kids who inspire me every day.
