Robb has been leading and building groundbreaking construction projects across North America for nearly two decades. Robb began his Mortenson career in 2007 where he spent his first thirteen years in the Minneapolis Operating Group as a field engineer, project engineer, project manager, and design phase manager, contributing to more than $1 billion worth of projects. He played a key role in the construction of projects that have defined the Minneapolis landscape, such as Target Field, the Mall of America expansion, and the City of Minneapolis Public Service Building.
In 2020, Robb joined Mortenson’s Power Delivery group as project executive and became director of operations of the group in 2024. Robb has become well-integrated into the Power Delivery group, overseeing standalone Power projects involving substations and transmission lines as well as data centers, wind, and solar projects that rely on power infrastructure to connect them to the grid. As director of operations, Robb ensures all projects are staffed, resourced, and managed appropriately. His main objectives are to lead the industry in delivering projects safely and to the highest degree of quality.
Robb graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He continued his education at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota by obtaining a Master of Business Administration.
