4Marq

4Marq is a 30-story, 262-unit luxury apartment tower located at 400 Marquette Avenue South in downtown Minneapolis. Comprised of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, 4Marq also offers on-site parking for tenants in an above ground parking ramp.
