Bryon is a seasoned administrator of project schedules, projects teams, and project quality. As a General Superintendent, he has a vast list of responsibilities on our project sites including planning projects and setting milestones and goals, organizing and running the field, coordinating trade partners, overseeing all activities on the project site, collaborating with architects and engineers, participating in issue resolution, updating and maintaining the schedule, working with AHJs, working closely with project managers in regard to financials, and mentoring project teams.

Bryon enjoys a project well done with opportunities to work with people passionate about building. With 34 years in the industry, he feels blessed with experience and knowledge, and he enjoys sharing lessons learned with his project teams. 

Outside of work, Bryon enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years, his kids, and his grandkids. Together they have a good time camping and riding quads in the sand dunes.
