Starting in 2019, our healthcare team is actively performing preconstruction and construction services under an IDIQ Master Agreement for Kaiser Permanente’s Washington-based facilities. The improvement plans for each hospital are tailored to meet its unique site conditions and requirements and vary in duration from one year to as little as one week. Our projects encompass a range of initiatives, from space re-branding and equipment upgrades to security enhancements. Exterior improvements include glass replacement and security control installations, while interior upgrades include new doors, flooring, fire alarm system enhancements, and fuel storage tank replacements. As of 2024, Mortenson has completed projects on four different Kaiser Permanente campuses, from Port Orchard to Everett, infusing renewed vitality into these essential healthcare centers.
