Tamara firmly believes in integrated delivery methods and the benefits of a lean culture. Her experience spans existing building and new ground construction projects, allowing her to apply creativity and determination to each unique opportunity. Tamara has excelled in leadership roles, contributing to various healthcare projects nationwide, hospitality projects in downtown Seattle, and the Climate Pledge Arena.

As a Healthcare Market Executive, Tamara leads a team focused on strategic planning, market analysis, and business development. She's passionate about leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance patient care and streamline operations. With her previous experience as a design phase executive, Tamara serves as a vital resource for the entire project team, consistently delivering value to owners, partners, and stakeholders by devising the most effective design and construction solutions for each project. She enjoys leading dynamic teams of clients, designers, user groups, and engineers to ensure the highest value for the client's vision. Tamara also plays a key role in procuring WMBE firms and is a strong ally and supporter of women, LGBTQIA2S+, and BIPOC in the construction and real estate industries.

Outside of work, Tamara loves staying active and exploring the beautiful Seattle area with her husband and kids. You can find her camping, kayaking, and playing beach volleyball in the summer.
