Sewells Point Medical Clinic

The new Sewells Medical Clinic project included the construction of a two-story facility, compatible with the existing facility's architecture, to expand the primary care clinic, acute care services, family practice, physical exam, and administrative functions. The interior renovation included replacement of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, plus renovation of communications systems, site improvements, site utilities, and demolition. This project recorded zero lost time due to injury. It was designed to LEED Silver guidelines as well as DoD Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection requirements.
