The Redtail Ridge civil infrastructure project represents a significant component of a larger, multi-phased development initiative spearheaded by Sterling Bay Companies on a 390-acre site. Our team has played a central role in shaping and guiding the long-term vision for this ambitious development. The civil work associated with this project is foundational to the transformation of the area. Once complete, it will pave the way for an estimated 2.6 million square feet of vertical development.
