Business Development Executive

Leading with human connection

As a Business Development Executive with over 15 years of industry experience, my leadership philosophy is rooted in humility and for some might call servant leadership. I focus on authentic connections empowering teams to achieve their best in whatever capacity that looks like to them. I believe great leadership is about bringing people together, leveraging individual strengths, and delivering projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. I’m passionate about identifying new opportunities in the public center, helping Mortenson leave a positive legacy through impactful projects.

Commitment to market diversity

With a strong foundation in both field operations and business development, I bring a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic vision to every project. I take pride in approaching complex challenges with innovation and resourcefulness, leveraging my experience to deliver practical yet forward-thinking solutions. Over the years, I have dedicated my efforts in expanding Mortenson’s footprint in the infrastructure market, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and championing initiatives that create long-term value. My commitment extends beyond winning work; I focus on crafting creative, results-driven strategies that align with our clients’ goals, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope are met without compromising quality or performance.

Leaving an impact on the community

Mortenson’s culture of trust, transparency, and safety is central to my work. I value open communication and cultural alignment with clients, believing these are key to successful outcomes. I’m passionate about being involved in community and industry initiatives, including being part of the Women in Construction committee, DEI programs, and the Strategic Sales + Marketing task force. As a first-generation college graduate and immigrant from Poland, I’m dedicated to giving back and inspiring others through mentorship and volunteerism. With that in mind, I’ve been an active supporter of STEM education and launched the ACE Mentor program at Northglenn High School. I’ve led the Ace for ACE fundraising event, helping provide scholarships and networking opportunities for students interested in the AEC industry. I continue to stay committed to doing the right thing, both professionally and personally.
