Adam Hardy

Adam Hardy is Vice President and General Manager of Mortenson's Charlotte office. A trusted advisor to customers, Adam brings more than two decades of experience helping organizations successfully deliver complex projects and achieve their business objectives.

Throughout his career, Adam has advised customers on some of the industry's most ambitious projects, including Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the $1.9 billion home of the Las Vegas Raiders. His experience spans project delivery, operations, and business development, giving him a unique ability to understand customer objectives, navigate complex challenges, and bring bold visions to life.

Prior to leading Mortenson's Charlotte office, Adam served as Vice President of Project Development for the company's Sports + Entertainment Group. In that role, he partnered closely with customers and project teams to advance major opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects.
