Kindra's career positions her at the forefront of creating the future of our Seattle built environment. As a motivated and gregarious team leader, Kindra primarily manages complex projects within the healthcare sector of numerous sizes and scales, including hybrid operating rooms, interventional radiology spaces, laboratories, and more extensive hospital bed build-outs. Her adaptable skill sets in design phase management, medical planning, and constructability allow her to work cross-functionally from the design phase to close out, ensuring consistency in the projects she delivers. 

Kindra's passion for her role is evident in her dedicated focus on enhancing the patient, community, and staff experience in every project she undertakes. She forges meaningful customer relationships, delivers exceptional service on all projects, and adeptly navigates multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to functional operations for the life of the building.

Kindra led the construction of the complex Harborview Cart Washers and Sterilizer project within an active Level 1 trauma center campus. Testament to her thoroughness, Kindra met with preferred manufacturers to determine benefits and constructability impacts on material selection before organizing the material into digestible data to help the owner make informed decisions. This, coupled with leading a fully integrated and deliberate project approach, allowed for a construction cost of 15% less than the owner's original intended budget.

Kindra graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), and holds LEED AP BD+C certification. When not constructing the next generation of healthcare, Kindra spends time with her family of three and loves to dote on her beloved Vizsla, Remi. You can find Kindra frequently supporting the Mariners at games during the Seattle summer or exploring various countries across the globe.
