Trent Rehfeldt

Director of Business Development
Great work isn’t heroics—it’s honest expectations, early alignment, and fearless teamwork. As a third‑generation builder and advocate for the Portland–SW Washington region, I believe in listening first and turning complexity into momentum.

Lead with Purpose

Meaningful impact happens when teams feel supported, expectations are honest, and trust is earned. Leadership means setting believable goals, showing up for people, and creating the psychological safety that allows teams to think without fear. When people feel safe to show up authentically and try new ideas, they do their best work. Belonging isn’t a perk; it’s the engine of high performance.

Create an Exceptional Experience

I believe the project experience matters as much as the result. Listening first, tailoring solutions, and staying proactive turn uncertainty into clarity and keep surprises off the critical path. Reactive relationships solve today’s issue; proactive partnerships prevent tomorrow’s. Teams don’t succeed because of one person. They succeed when people are supported, aligned, and empowered to bring their best ideas forward.

Build Confidence Upfront

Confidence is built early, where market insight, development perspective, and preconstruction rigor align scope, budget, and schedule. When teams start with shared vision, facts, and transparent tradeoffs, complexity becomes momentum.

PERSONAL PASSIONS

There is nothing more fulfilling to me than my family. I am a proud father to Conner, Caden, and Camryn and married to my high school sweetheart, Lisa. I am honored to be a third-generation builder in the Portland and SW Washington area. My grandpa was a union carpenter, and my father was a union carpenter turned business owner. The person I am today was shaped by the summers I spent working with them on job sites and my first real job in construction after college.
