Anthony Pittman

Senior Superintendent | Seattle

A second-generation superintendent, Anthony grew up learning about construction projects and developed a passion for building at an early age. He began his career as a Carpenter Foreman in 2008 and, after gaining several years of experience in the field, has gone on to lead some of Mortenson's largest and most complex projects as a Superintendent.

Anthony has proven himself as a strong and dependable leader, particularly on projects with aggressive schedules. Through thoughtful planning, clear communication, teamwork, and deep construction expertise, he keeps the entire team on task and the project on schedule. Throughout his career, he has helped guide teams through every phase of construction, from early planning to final completion.

For Anthony, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is watching a project evolve from the design phase to a finished facility that serves the community. He is eager to take on new challenges and is especially proud to work on projects that will have a lasting impact for future generations. A firm believer in Mortenson's Building for the Greater GoodTM philosophy, Anthony strives to ensure every project leaves a positive mark on the communities it serves.

Anthony is also an active member of Hard Hats with Hearts through the American Heart Association, where he advocates for health and wellness among craft professionals while helping raise awareness of heart health risks and available resources.

Dedication, hard work, and excellence extend beyond the jobsite for Anthony. He is an active member of the Raise the Bar triathlon training team, where he trains alongside fellow athletes, pushes his own limits, and encourages others to do the same. Guided by the belief that "anything's possible," Anthony brings that same positive mindset to every challenge he takes on.
