This project includes a perimeter fencing system along the waterfront on Crab Island. Mortenson constructed two land/water interface (LWI) barrier terminations that connect the north and south ends of Crab Island. The LWI structure is a sheet pile bulkhead abutment. Additional scope includes two security facilities constructed on the shore side of the waterfront restricted area (WRA).
